Setup:
There is one thing you need to do before or after you purchase
your domain name and signup for your personal website. Please
make sure your domain name is pointing to our DNS Settings:
Primary
Name Server : ns.rackspace.com
Secondary Name Server: ns2.rackspace.com
Go
to where your domain name is hosted and look for Name Server
or DNS settings. All domain name services give you the ability
to edit the DNS settings.
NOTE:
Once your domain name is setup correctly and pointing to our
servers it will take 24-48 hours to show up correctly on the
internet. Even though you will be able to create your personal
webpage using our professional web authoring tool, the website
cannot be viewed correctly until the domain name is fully
propagated.
Refund
Policy: There is NO refund for the $29.95 setup fee once you
make the payment. This is a one-time setup charge. You are
also able to test the demo
